"This past January, I treated my best friend to the annual motorcycle show in Washington, D.C. Needless to say, the highlight of the day was taking photos of him sitting on a Harley. The show's Harley representational dealership was our first contact with Harley-Davidson of Annapolis. Just a short two weeks later, he purchased his first Harley. Seven months later, I purchased mine. The fact that I had two closer dealerships to my residence and the fact that I must travel almost forty miles to the same, speaks volumes as to the quality, service and cleanliness of Harley-Davidson of Annapolis. They were extremely patient with me while I was making the decision to purchase. Once done, they found the exact bike I wanted, which required a lot of research, resulting in the dealership traveling to another state, picking up the bike, returning, re-preparing then fully detailing the bike before delivery. The after-sale service has been exemplary as well. Overall, a truly positive customer experience, a customer for life. "

"Please pass on to Chris, Taylor & everyone else who helped us at the store.
We love our new Harley-Davidson Tri Glide trike. As you may know, we picked it up today from the dealership, and we received an informative walk-around. We spent the next 4 hours driving to friends and family and having our photos taken everywhere. We have already put 40 miles on the trike (following our salesperson's guidance of taking it easy for the first 50 miles and sticking to the back roads). The bike was great to handle and comfortable for two to ride. We are looking forward to customizing the bike over the future. One of our biggest surprise was being honked at. We ran into many friends on the road who recognized us and our friends were signaling for us to wave back to them from the trike. We had a great day on the bike. I just wanted to take a minute tonight to say thanks for the great service. Our experience with Harley-Davidson of Annapolis was outstanding.
